Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your shipment according to the delivery schedule you select. However, we cannot guarantee delivery on any particular date or time. We may terminate this Agreement and your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination the user can no longer access the his or her account.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

Our Privacy Policy follows, and consistent with, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), other issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC), as well as other relevant laws of the Philippines.
